I used this site by sheer chance. I had an initial problem with installing, but that was down to my ineptitude …. not thier software, and I have to say the support was fantasic. The man in the online chat areas was fantasic, he was patient and talked me thorugh everything …. for over half an hour !

That is the reason I’m writing the review, I’ve never seen any company go to such lengths to make sure everything is running smoothly for me.

I am a guitarist in a band and have used a number of backup services. None really worked right for us. Our work flows are very specific. Then i was sent a project via Gobbler from a buddy of mine and that’s when everything changed. The people at Gobbler have developed a backup solution with media creators in mind. No beef on the other services, they are great for what they do. But Gobbler is designed for people like me. It backs up files from all of my external drives, builds a catalog of all of my work so it’s easy to find AND it also makes it really fast to send files with no limit on file size…

I totally recommend it.
