while this is good service.. it dosen’t have as many features as i would like.

I also dont like the idea of sharing my disk space for usage on other people computers!! I want my data in only 2 places… at their server farm and my computer.

I really enjoy using Wuala. I’m in the process of moving ALL of my personal files to it, via traded storage (trading your HD space for online storage). This is a much cheaper way to get a lot of cloud storage, than buying it outright, assuming you have an always-on PC that doesn’t cost too much in electricity; I pay about $4/mo for my laptop to be on all the time, and now have 36GB of Wuala storage.

I’ve never really been a fan of synchronization between devices — I just want one central repository for all of my files, which I can then access from anywhere. Wuala allows me to do that.

My only complaint is the unwieldy Java client — I wish they had something with a lighter footprint. But I understand that they want something that runs equally on all platforms.

Wuala is also my favourite online disk. It has a fair method of calculating of storage space through earning space while being part of the Wuala network.

Like wuala’s integration and backup features very much.
