I find Storegate as a really user-friendly online storage service. I think it is a really easy-to-use interface. After using the service for just a few minutes, I was well acquainted with it and was able to use the features. The file uploads went smoothly and fast.
I signed up for personal free account and that includes 2 GB with automatic backup, all for free (but can by more if I realise that I won’t fit in the free of charge service). It was really easy to install the backup service and great that I could decide what and when my backup should be done. Another great thing is that the service is also cell phone compatible so I can backup my mobile’s contact list and calendar, if I loose my phone I don’t have to re-enter every contact and that is great! I also created and shared a couple of web albums with my friends and family easy, they receive a e-mail with a link and if i want I can also put a password and decide how many times they will be able to download albums or pictures, so it’s really easy to share files and albums. I haven’t need to contact their support in any matter but they have email support and a user-friendly FAQ

I also noticed that Storegate offer a service for professional use, and in that service they also provide shared file server and an admin tool. In their business service the mobile backup also are included, haven’t tried it but sounds great!

I've used Storegate for some time now, both the PC backup and the Phone backup, and have had nothing but smooth operating.
