I have about 500 Gigs of Data uploaded with these guys. Tons of old audio tapes and pictures too. Pretty much all my media! For the first year I was satisfied with them. Unfortunately not anymore.

Whatever server I was originally on went down for extended periods of time. I could access my files, but could no longer upload anything new. They gave me another account on a different server and said I could upload new stuff there for now on and still access my older files too on the original server. But also mentioned that the older server may lose reliability soon. Well.. they wern't kidding about losing reliability. Not nonly did all my files on the new server vanish, but I started noticing a bunch of my files missing on the old server too! This is definitely unacceptable.

I realize that the service is inexpensive. But I am still paying for it, so I expect it to work right! I don't want to pay for random files to just go missing and vanish into nowhere land. No matter if it's a photo or an audio/video file. Each one of my files in valuable to me. I refuse to keep my data someplace where it's going to be lost (or) mishandled. The whole point of me using a storage facility is in case of fire or some other natural disaster, at least I know my stuff is safe. Well today I learned that it's not. At least not with these guys. http://www.onlinestoragesolution.com

I'm pulling all my files off their servers As soon as possible. I don't even trust them having access to my files anymore. They have turned out to be very unprofessional in the way they handle my data.

I am completely unsatisfied with them. Slow, sluggish, and happens frequently to be kicked out because 200 users are connected!! Connection timed out is a very common message in my filezilla connection. I will try do download everything in my account and dump them. Many times they do not reply to my mails.

Despite all the warnings, I signed up with Online Storage Solution, and have not been disappointed with my decision so far.

Yes, I am concerned about the possibility of losing my data, however for $US19 per year, it's worth it just to have temporary storage when you need to move data around.

My experiences haven't been 100% satisfactory, but the same applies to other providers I have tested. After much investigation, I have determined that many of the issues I have been experiencing were in fact software related, particularly when accessing the storage from Windows systems.

My experiences with Online Storage Solution and user mode file systems (SSHFS, EncFS) with online storage providers, can be found on my Website.

I have been using Online Storage Solution for about a month now. I have been happy with the service so far. It is not for the novice, but I really like that I can use my preferred backup program, my FTP program, or a network drive in Windows Explorer to upload and download files. It is like having an infinite hard drive to access.

It is not particularly fast. I seem to be able to upload files quicker to other locations and websites than I can to this service.

I have never not been able to get on line when I tried to connect to them and I have been uploading ~70% of the time in the last two weeks.

BONUS: The free app WebDAV Nav works on my iPad to allow me to download files. I can view my photos and listen to my music that I have uploaded to my account. It does not stream, it downloads and then plays.

Terrible. I also lost several hundred gigs of data with these guys. When after six months I could no longer log into my account, I learn that they have given my user name to someone else, even though I still had six months paid for. They issued me a new user name, but said I wouldn't be able to recover my data!! The offer a lot of features that I never seem able to take advantage of. It seems I am only able to connect about 50% of the time. Yes, sometimes you get what you pay for....this time even less.

If you want to waste some money, go ahead and buy this. I am sorry but what looked good on the outside was definitely no good on the inside. Could not get this product to work. The absolute WORST customer service ever. I never got a response on any of my phone messages or emails. It look like they had the right concept just not the backing to support it. So...bottom line is this...to avoid you any frustration, do not use their product.

Their service is a joke! The rule applies in "you get what you pay for" They do not respond to emails and DO NOT HONOR their 30 money back policy. Tried to get a refund 2 weeks into my service. They emailed back and forth up until I gave them the paypal transaction id. Then never heard back and never got a refund.

Please rethink before using them!

This company does not seem to exist anymore! It's extremely un-reliable ... I do not recommend it to anyone! Stay away! If you find anyone called Petar running a company on the net asked if they are the same person who runs/ran OLSWORKS ... if so, run away from whatever service is being offered as fast as you can!!!

This company is a joke. With no exaggeration it appears that these guys are running out of a garage somewhere. When you call support (because they will never return your emails), the same guy answers...gives you the same excuses for why their servers are continually down and then never follow through on fixing it.

Server times out every 20 minutes, Rsynch only works about every 1 in 10 tries. The admin moved me from one server to another when they ran out of space...then lost all my files!!! I asked about restoring from their backup and they said they had never created one...are you kidding me?!?!?! Isn't this exactly why we are paying for this service.

Very unprofessional, very unreliable...just check out their BBB ratings... BBB lists them as an F because they will not even respond to any of the complaints filed against them. I don't expect these guys to be around another 12 mos..
