They’re still in beta but so far every bug I’ve reported has been fixed within a week and they are becoming a very reliable service. Most importantly for me is that they actually listen to feedback and provide support. Could do with more features like online editing.

Been using MiSafe since the first beta and it just keeps getting better. Bit flaky at the start but now I would trust it with my files without question. I especially like being able to let my mates upload files to my space and comment on them. Social storage!

Brilliant, every time I’ve had a problem it’s been solved within hours (sometimes minutes). Really useful for bringing work home from school. And I can share files with students. I have made sure all my files are backed up as well, lost them all once, not doing it again!

Been using MiSafe since the first beta, the speed of which bugs are resolved is amazing and has used the beta stage wisely to use tester feedback, fix bugs and any issues thrown at it. It is by far the most stable online file storage and sharing website / drive and application i have used, and i would recommend it to anyone!

It’s really refreshing to use a service that’s put it’s resources into reliability & functionality rather than PR, false claims, and unfulfilled promises. As a beta tester since early July, I’ve found MiSafe to be far more of a reliable & pleasureable service in beta than any other I’ve used or tried that’s well out of beta. Bugs are resolved with updates sometimes within hours. Support responds within minutes via email or right away if you use live chat support. Feature requests are considered and often added before the week’s over if practical. Have never found the service down, have never lost a file or downloaded a corrupt one. File transfers are multi-threaded and transfer at lightning speeds. The same library that took 3 weeks to upload on other “big name” services took only 1-1/2 weeks on MiSafe. Everything just works like you’d expect it to. I wish the “other guys” would take some lessons from MiSafe!

Been using misafe for about 1 month now… support is very fast in responses… it is in beta at the moment, but… it dosen’t slow their support down from helping us out!!

Why do i think its such a good service?? Well…

1)I really feel that Misafe cares about my personal data… to me data is private property!! They seem to treat it as if it were their own!! Thanks MiSafe!!!

2) As i noted above.. its in beta, but… they are very quickly removing bugs as it progresses!! One day I noted a bug in the web interface… seems next day literally, that was fixed!!! VERY FAST!!!!!!

3) Value?? Well.. considering its in beta, they did mention we recieve discounts for helping find bugs.. so… It will be very good!!!

4) Features??? WEll… Thats a whole subsection in itsself!! We will start with A)
A) Facebook integration
B) Twitter Integration
C) WEBDAV SUPPORT!!!!
D) They let users beta test their Iphone client!!
E) They really involve the users in their product… in fact they even have a Developer blog letting users know what they are doing!!!!
F) They have talks of Data management support where you spread your cached files across multiple drives!!! Now you dont need raid!!!
G) They HAVE MAC INTERFACE THAT WORKS!!!
H) Linux is coming!!!! We want it!!
I) Did i mention encryption??? I can tell its very secure!!
J) They have something called spaces where you can have group collaboration on a particular group of files… move out of the way box.net… Misafe is coming through!!! I wish we could put 8 Stars!!! Features are awsome!! Customer service is great!!! Overall…. 8 out of 5 stars!! no holds… the best out there!!!

I’ve been using this site for about 2 months…. While.. there are some problems its expected in beta, I can’t complain when im not paying any money!!

I can say.. when i post a question to their forums, its answered very quickly!!! honestly, i’ve never waited longer than a day for a response!! im very happy and plan on staying with them long term!! thanks misafe!! you have a dedicated team!!

Other then true customer service… the features are spectacular!! I see the post above says everything!! You can not find that in providers these days!!!

Reviews sound fine, but hard to tell what they are really offering. I looked at Misafe a few months back, but they still have not launched service, can’t sign up for a new account or 30 day trail and can’t see pricing details.

Pricing does look a bit suspicious. $3.02 for 5GB, OK I can buy that. But how much for 10GB, 50GB or 100GB? And what’s with all of the extra charges? $0.76 per additional computer, $1.51 per user, WebDAV service for just $1.51, Mobile access costs just $1.51

I’d prefer to wait until we can see some more details.
